HELP NEED ASHLEY CARROLL BANNER HUNG!!!

I Got Ashley's Banner That was hanging in Syracuse, NY and need help getting it hung here in Albany, NY where Ashley Went missing from. Ashley's Banner is 11 feet 4 inches wide and 37.2 long and really would love to have it hung near the south end of Albany. If you can help or pass along this request please.
